From free trial to paid plan: what actually changes?

A trial is an evaluation window. A paid subscription is an order for the period and features described in a specific plan. Those two accounts may be similar, but the differences should be explained before you buy.

Start with duration

The clearest change is how long access lasts. Ask when the trial expires and when the paid term begins. Keep the activation message and order confirmation so the dates are easy to check.

Check the connection limit

Moving between devices is different from using them simultaneously. A plan with one connection does not become a multi-screen plan because you tested several devices one at a time. The IPTVenus plan cards currently describe one device per plan; contact support about any additional connections.

Confirm what is included

Ask whether the trial covers the same channels, on-demand titles, guide data and catch-up features as the plan you want. Features may also depend on the player and individual stream. Do not assume payment unlocks an unlisted feature or a different server tier.

Understand billing before upgrading

Read the price, term, renewal method and refund conditions. A longer plan can lower the monthly equivalent while increasing the amount paid upfront. Choose a term you are comfortable with rather than treating the longest option as automatically better.

Keep your test results

Save notes about the device, player and any unresolved issue. Ask support to address important problems before placing an order, and confirm whether your existing login will continue or be replaced.

Compare the plan descriptions and review the example refund policy for the request process.
