Setting up an account is usually a sequence of three choices: the device, the player and the login method. Get those matched before changing advanced settings.
Identify the exact device
A Samsung television, Android TV box and Fire TV device can have different app stores and software. Note the model and operating system. Do not assume that instructions for one television or Fire TV generation work on every other model.
Find a compatible player
Start with the official app store or the verified developer page. Check that the player accepts the connection method supplied with your account. TiviMate is designed for Android TV; VLC is an option for compatible network streams on several platforms. A separate app licence does not activate a streaming subscription.
Choose the correct login screen
If your message contains a username, password and server URL, use the matching Xtream or XC option. If it contains one complete M3U link, choose the playlist-link option. A portal box may instead need a registered identifier and an assigned portal URL.
Copy the details carefully
Keep the protocol, address and port exactly as supplied. Remove accidental spaces. A profile name is generally a label you choose; it is not another account password. Do not split an M3U link into fields intended for a different method.
Make the first test small
Let the playlist load, open one stream, check audio and picture, then test the programme guide. If it fails, note the exact error before changing several settings at once.
